The forum
Guardian Courts deal with the appointment of guardians and the custody and property of minors. The work overlaps with the Family Court and often runs alongside it on the same facts. The court's concern is the welfare of the minor, which means orders about custody, visitation and a minor's property — and applications that return as circumstances change.
